Barnacle Serrano Hot Sauce & Rhubarb Jam

A couple of new items to join the rest of the Barnacle team. Straight from Alaska a new hot sauce, Serrano Bullwhip and then there’s the Rhubarb Jam, which was so delicious when we originally tasted it. Tart and fruity rhubarb make for a spreadable addition to a variety of dishes. Top vanilla ice cream or toast, use with poultry or spread and bake on salmon.

Serrano Bullwhip tastes like the first splash of summertime. Alaskan bull kelp, fiery fresh serrano mash, fresh garlic, a hint of agave, and notes of tangy vinegar make this sauce full-on savor worthy. It’ll ignite your favorite meals with a pleasing kick and bring out the best in your favorite meals.
We’ve been dreaming this one up for a while and couldn’t be happier with its sauce appeal. It’s the perfect way to dress up your fish tacos, pour right on some avocado toast, spice up your wrap game, and bring out a little excitement on your breakfast eggs.
