We found some special Nicoises Olives, so we thought we’d better find a Salad Niçoise recipe for you. It makes a substantial summer meal. Our recipe suggests making your own vinaigrette dressing, but we added a bottle of La Tourangelle to save you the time.

What is Niçoise Salad?

Salad Niçoise (pronounced nee-suahz) is essentially a French composed salad, much like our American Cobb salad, but with tuna, green beans, and potatoes, instead of chicken, bacon, and avocado.

Find the Minasso Nicoises Olives on the shelf at the front of the store.

Here’s the recipe which is full ingredient quantities, instructions and lots of pictures.
