We’ve had a difficult time bringing in our regular shelf stable Prosciutto and our Le Chatelain Camembert, so we’re going with Applegate’s Natural Prosciutto which turns out to be delicious; and American made in the French style Marin French Camembert. Find the Prosciutto with the other deli meats and the Camembert with the cheeses. Here they are on a bed of local Mari’s Farm Spring Salad Mix.
