National Mushroom Month

We’ve been told it’s National Mushroom Month, so we wanted to honor these hardworking incredibly healthy fungii. We have mushrooms in their natural state, dried, powdered, made into crumble, pot pies, curry, ravioli, delicious drinks, coffees, cacao mixes, crisps, risotto, soups, gravy, salad dressing and last but not least, healing Host Defense products by local Shelton area genius, mycologist and writer Paul Stamets of Fungi Perfecti fame.
