Our Happy Egg Heritage eggs come from our unique Hölzl Blue and Hölzl Brown hen breeds, who lay a range of deep brown to light blue eggs. We choose to raise our hens with the Happy Egg Free Range Standard of Care, with 10x more space to roam than what you’ll find on most Free Range farms. It’s on these farms that our hens live their best lives and lay our superior-tasting eggs.
